The project consists of reconfiguration of mall common area to include removal of existing monumental stairs, reconfiguration of level 2 floor opening, reconfiguration of multiple tenant spaces on 1st & 2nd floor, demolition of existing mall entry. In addition, construction of new stair and elevator. SPG anticipates that the project will be done in phases.
