Site work, paving and renovation of a military facility in Laurens, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,175-square-foot military facility; for site work for a military facility; and for paving for a military facility. SCARNG Laurens Readiness Center Renovation.  The project includes the repair and replacement of existing parking surfaces, sidewalks and replacing the existing facility monument sign with a new lighted sign that meets Guard standards. The interior up fit includes reactivating a kitchen for Guard use only, reconfiguration of restrooms and selective floorplan changes, upgrades to plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm, electrical systems and providing all labor, material, equipment required to install complete technology systems.
