This scope is only to modify the space in preparation for tenant fit-out.

We have been asked to bid flooring options 3 different ways. Please provide all options you are comfortable with providing (bids with less than all 3 will still be considered)

1: Demo existing tile, then install LVP (As shown in plans)

2: Demo existing tile, then polish concrete in lieu of LVP

3: Leave tile and clean it to like new conditions.

 In the electric scope:

Provide an alternate for dropping power poles to the area marked for trenching the tiled floor.

 There will be no painting required for our scope.
