Special Instructions:
The project is located on an existing out-parcel. The site will require a new fill to meet the proposed grades. An existing electrical line will need to be moved so the new retaining wall can be installed. For the water, the new service will tap off a main located at the front of the site. The sewer will tie into the existing line at the rear of the property. New storm drainage will be installed along with downspout connections. New asphalt and concrete paving will be installed along with new sidewalks and handicapped ramps. The building is a Quick Brik and split-faced CMU structure with steel. The building will have a membrane roofing system. The interior will have metal studs and drywall for the restrooms. The exterior will have EIFS cornice in the areas shown on the plans with a storefront at the entrance area.
