The project will consist of a new 105,000-sf building in Phase I, with plans for a 105,000-sf future phase. The building will be an industrial facility with likely pre-engineered construction. Maximum column loads are anticipated to be on the order of 200 kips or less. Cuts and fills of five feet or less are anticipated. Parking will consist of a 101-space employee parking and 25 space visitor parking to the south of the structure, with a truck court and trailer parking area to the west. Stormwater detention ponds will be constructed to the south and east of the building and parking areas.
