Also attached is a revised grading plan that should be followed when pricing the job (it reduces the height of the modular wall in front from 7+ feet to 3-4’).
Aside from underground detention and the addition of a new FH (which is a plan review comment we received yesterday and needs to be in your bid), the civils are fairly straight-forward. The building is a 9,100sf DGTP, front profile, prototype A with 4 sides brick. To avoid 4 sides brick parapets, we are doing split HVAC units/systems, so five 5 ton split units.
