Notes: Project Description – This project will be broken down as (3) separate prices.
Canopy addition, service drive, and façade renovations - includes the Showroom/Service building exterior façade renovations, new construction of the Ford Brand Wall and Entry Tower, and construction of a new Service Drive canopy. There will be site work associated with this project. MEP will be design-build.
Body shop renovations - includes exterior façade renovations to the existing Carolina Collision Center and the adjacent Body Shop. There will also be site work associated with this project. MEP will be design-build.
Annex Bldg - New detail shop - construction of a new pre-engineered metal building Detail Shop to be constructed behind the existing Aluminum Shop and adjacent to the Body Shop. This is a wholly new structure and will involve some site work. We would get a civil engineer in for CD’s to make sure we can work out the site work. Again, MEP would be design-build.
