This is the construction of 1 new 115,830 +/- sq./ft. multi story self-storage building & 1 new 17,012 +/- sq./ft.

U-Box building in Ooltewah, TN. The scope of work includes but is not limited to all site work, site & building concrete, CMU, structural & misc. steel, metal cladding, metal framing & drywall, storage lockers, and MEP systems.
